Accessing Charts with Alternative Browsers

From the web sites of www.dailygraphs.com and www.investors.com, we offer a variety of data and charting services. A charting program is available with the following services:

• Investors.com Power Tools (IBD Charts)
• Daily Graphs Online Stock Graphs
• Daily Graphs Industry Groups
• Daily Graphs Fund Center
• Daily Graphs Option Guide

Our charting services utilize ActiveX control file(s). Netscape and Firefox browsers are not designed to utilize ActiveX files, however it is possible to access the charts from these browsers when the minimum software requirements are met:
 

Minimum Software Requirements:

• Netscape browser versions 6.1 - 7.1, 8.x or Mozilla Firefox version 1.0 - 2.x;
• Charting ActiveX control file(s);
• Asgard ActiveX plug-in; Automatic installation prompt will appear when needed.

Note: If our ActiveX charting software has been installed with the Internet Explorer browser, it is not necessary to install the software with the Netscape or Firefox browser.

Installing Asgard ActiveX Plug-in:

The Netscape and Firefox browsers are not designed to handle ActiveX controls. However, this limitation is bypassed when the Asgard software plug-in is installed.

To install the Asgard plug-in, use the following guidelines:

1. Sign in on our site with the appropriate browser version (see minimum requirements above)
2. Click any chart link/button/icon
3. When the Asgard plug-in is not installed, the new window is automatically redirected to our download page
4. Follow instructions on the download page, to include closing the browser window
